We always believe that each individual and family has unique needs. With Private Duty Care, care is personalized and delivered directly from the care provider to you or your loved one. The one-on-one customized plan of care may include but will not be limited to the following:

• Safety Supervision for the Client
• ADL Assistance
• Meal Preparation and Diet Monitoring
• Assistance with Personal Hygiene
• Mobility Assistance
• Medication Reminders
• And other related needs.

Silverbird Homecare Services LLC offers Private Duty Care only for clients who opt for cash payment. At the moment, we are unable to provide Private Duty Care for clients through Medicaid.
